Breathe."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This last TED Talk lunch revealed a theme, which boiled down to this: be present.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a recap of what we watched:<\/p>\n<h3>Louie Schwartzberg: Nature. Our very own Vincent attended a conference years ago in California with Brother Steindl-Rast! I need to ask Vincent more about this &#8211; maybe on his next tree walk. Hey, that really goes along with what Mr. Schwartzberg is getting at. Well done, Vincent! I really enjoyed this talk, but I think I&#8217;ll watch it again. Maybe because we&#8217;d just watched 2 other talks on the same theme, I didn&#8217;t feel that I got anything new. Not often you get to see a monk juggle though.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m always looking for more TED Talk suggestions.
