Take a walk<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>&#8220;Nilofer Merchant suggests a small idea that just might have a big impact on your life and health: Next time you have a one-on-one meeting, make it into a &#8220;walking meeting&#8221; \u2014 and let ideas flow while you walk and talk.&#8221;<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/nilofer_merchant_got_a_meeting_take_a_walk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Link to TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Nilofer Merchant: Got a meeting? Yes, some hackers are bad guys, but many are working to fight government corruption and advocate for our rights. By exposing vulnerabilities, they push the Internet to become stronger and healthier, wielding their power to create a better world.&#8221;<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/keren_elazari_hackers_the_internet_s_immune_system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Link to TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hackers: the internet&#039;s immune system | Keren Elazari\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/erCAp_Bd0AQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I thoroughly enjoyed her Talk.\u00a0 Funny, though, no one in the room admitted to being a hacker&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Ray Kurzweil: Get ready for hybrid thinking<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>&#8220;Two hundred million years ago, our mammal ancestors developed a new brain feature: the neocortex. This stamp-sized piece of tissue (wrapped around a brain the size of a walnut) is the key to what humanity has become. Now, futurist Ray Kurzweil suggests, we should get ready for the next big leap in brain power, as we tap into the computing power in the cloud.&#8221;<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/ray_kurzweil_get_ready_for_hybrid_thinking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Link to TED<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ray Kurzweil: Get ready for hybrid thinking\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PVXQUItNEDQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Okay, THIS was the Halloween-appropriate topic.\u00a0 Little floaty bots in my brain connecting me to the interwebs!\u00a0 Then I&#8217;d truly be too cool for school!!\u00a0 But hold on &#8211; how do I get them out?\u00a0 What if I get a virus? Matt Cutts suggests: Try it for 30 days.
