Mohammadreza completed his Bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology at the University of Isfahan, and subsequently joined the Swayne Lab to further his interest in neuroscience. His research is focused on studying the impact of COVID-19 on the brain, including the development of ‘brain fog’. He employs Golgi staining, immunohistochemistry, and confocal microscopy. During his leisure time, Mohammadreza likes to play Setar, which is a traditional Persian stringed instrument, and works out at the gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
