Connor Larkey is a fourth-year Honours student in the Cellular, Anatomical, and Physiological Sciences (CAPS) program at the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine. His research lies at the intersection of neuroscience and medicine, and in the Swayne Lab, he is investigating the effects of COVID-19 on the brain using pre-clinical animal models, confocal microscopy, and imaging-based analyses of astrogliosis. Outside the lab, Connor loves spending time outdoors, surfing, hiking, and camping along the West Coast.
