UVic Libraries have a new open access author funding agreement with Elsevier and renewed agreements with SAGE Journals and Oxford University Press. These agreements offer UVic authors 100% waivers or discounts on article publishing charges (APCs). This means that UVic authors can publish their work OA at no cost or at a reduced cost.
