Psych.O.S offers so many fun events to connect with fellow psychology majors, have a blast, and make new friends! Be sure to check out our upcoming events and past events to give you an idea of the fun times we’ve had!
Events in the past have included:
- A trip to Galey Farms in October: corn maze, petting zoo, pumpkin picking, haunted house!
- A Psychology Volunteer Fair: local organizations set up in the SUB and recruit students
- Pub Crawls: a fun 19+ night to get to know each other. Sometimes paired with other Course Unions.
- Movie Nights: Movies and Free Snacks! We’ve watched Finding Dory, Hidden Figures, and the Big Sick.
- Community Hikes: A walk-and-talk up Mt. Doug to get some fresh air.
- Pool night at Peacock Billiards
- Recruitment and Training for Capital Physicians Group: Students received first-aid certification and harm reduction training to work in field hospitals set up by CPG at sporting events and music festivals.
