ARTICULATE<\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTiculate<\/a> <\/em>is a peer-reviewed graduate student journal of art history published by the University of Victoria.\u00a0 The publication aims to further the establishment of a graduate art historical community by offering graduate students the ability to disseminate their knowledge and engage in an editorial process that is shaped by the insights of peers well-versed in their chosen area of study. In keeping with the inclusive conception of art that is embraced within a global art history, ARTiculate<\/em> does not privilege a singular culture or medium in its selection of manuscripts. Rather, the publication serves to circulate highly original submissions that are valued for their contributions to the preexisting scholarly conversation.<\/p>\n

MUSICOLOGICAL EXPLORATIONS ARCHIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Musicological Explorations<\/em><\/a> commenced its publication journey in 1995 under the title Fermata<\/i>, initiated by music graduate students with partial funding from the School of Music and the Graduate Student Society. This title was maintained until January 2002. In the spring of 2004, musicology graduate students revitalized the journal, rebranding it as Musicological Explorations<\/i>.<\/p>\n

VAMPS: JOURNAL OF ABSURDITY AND HORROR ARCHIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vamps<\/a><\/em>was a graduate student-run journal revolving around exactly those themes. The journal was concerned with transgressions of all types: particularly those that meld the effects of horror and comedy within the same work. Vamps was structured around the principle of the queer, of the in-between, of the becoming, of transition and the stuff of shadows and mirrors.<\/p>\n
