Graduate and senior scholars invited to the event work in a wide range of multilingual settings with language revitalization initiatives in both English- and French-speaking contexts, including Coast Salish languages such as Hən̓ q̓ əmin̓ əm̓ , SENĆOŦEN and Lekwungen, Anishinaabemowin, Michif, Mi’kmaq, Iroquoian languages (Mohawk), and several varieties of the Cree language such as nēhiyawēwin, nēhinawēwin and nēhithawēwin.
