Undergraduate teaching roles
Course coordinator NURS 350 2021 NURS 350 Health and Healing VII: Promoting Community and Societal Health Jan- April; 2020 Jan-April (online). I facilitated the flipped classroom format for this course and developed the syllabus. As coordinator I supported continuity of course delivery for sessional and regular faculty. We meet regularly to share experiences with the course and how to facilitate student learning of the material.
Course coordinator NURS 360 Professional Practice VI: Nursing Research Jan-April 2022.I have taught research at the undergraduate level at least three times and will be coordinating this course to support new faculty and students in learning about research methods. I provide a collaborative approach to co designing syllabus and revising the assignments and materials where necessary.
