Quick and Easy Breakfast Trend!

Nowadays, people get their recipes, fashion ideas, and gadgets around the house all from Tiktok. Thus, I thought I’d jump on the bandwagon and try out a different way of eating oats! I never really enjoyed eating oatmeal but loved freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. When I saw the baked oats trend, I was surprised at how simple it was!

Check out my attempts to make some baked oats! I regret not putting a dollop of nutella in the middle of one of them but will definitely do that next time! The baked oats were super filling, quite healthy, and overall just a fun way to switch things up!


I can see this being a part of any student’s meal preparation at the beginning of a week! Blend it all up and you’ve got a week’s worth of yummy breakfast 🙂

Recipe used in the video:

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt, cinnamon (Add chocolate chips if you want!)

Bake at 400F for 30 min
