Here is the last of a series of four simple recipe videos: Easy 3 ingredient banana pancakes.
Try switching up the toppings to change flavours. A bit of fruit and plain yogurt will add some vitamins, calcium and fibre. Hemp hearts or nuts will have omega-6 oils and protein.
These pancakes are so delicious you could eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. You could even eat them in them in the rain; you could eat them on Mt. Cain! You could eat them here, or there… You could eat them anywhere!
