For our experiential project, we will be cooking a medieval meal to get a taste of the past and a better understanding of medieval foodways. Using recipes from <a href=\"https:\/\/medievalcookery.com\/recipes\/recipes.html\">Medieval Cookery<\/a>, we will be making:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Almond milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barley water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turnips&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bread&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinnamon brewet (Beef Stew)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple muse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are super excited for this project and we hope you are too!
