The Map Shop

The UVic Map Shop is a community-campus initiative dedicated to collaborative place-based learning and mapping. We partner with community organizations to conduct geographic research and mapping.

Empowering community led research

Operated by UVic’s Geography Department, we partner with organizations on and off campus to support community-led geographic research and mapping. Through our partnerships, we help community organizations achieve their goals while facilitating experiential learning opportunities for students.
