Hey Applicants!
A new addition to the UVic Law applications this year is the Equity and Diversity Survey. At UVic Law, we care deeply about equity, diversity and inclusivity in our student body, legal education and the legal profession. Diversity requires acceptance and respect. We understand that each individual is unique and we value your individual differences, which is why we have included this addition to the applications.
This survey is required for all first year applications including: JD Regular, JD Inclusive Admissions, JD Indigenous, JD/JID Regular, and JD/JID Inclusive Admissions.
After you submit your online application, you will receive an email with your V # within a week. You will then use this V # to create a Netlink ID. You must wait at least 24 hours after you receive your Netlink ID to complete the Admissions Equity and Diversity Survey!
Although the survey will not be linked in any way to your application it is considered a supplementary document that must be completed before your application will be reviewed for admission.
More information about this survey is available online at https://www.uvic.ca/law/admissions/folder/index.php
