Life After Undergrad

On this page, you will find several resources that may be helpful in learning about life after your undergraduate degree in psychology.

Graduate School Resources

I co-authored a How to Get into Grad School in Canada guide for students a few years ago. The resource is dated to pre-covid but many of the points are still very relevant. The guide is in two parts here:

Another great resource for grad school applications in clinical psych (and other related programs) is Mitch’s Guide found here: https://mitch.web.unc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/4922/2017/02/MitchGradSchoolAdvice.pdf

The CPA also put out a website with a variety of resources:

What do to with your undergrad degree in psychology?

Nike Marefat, VKURA research scholar, produceed this resource for students who are wondering what to do with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. This resource focuses on everything except graduate school. There is lots of links with further information and ideas of where to access programs like co-op and the first generation mentorship program.
