Easton Neustaeter
Personal Description:
After being voted Grad President in my Grad 12 year, I found a passion for leadership, with this role, I planned events and fundraisers in an effort to lower prom costs. I have also been in numerous leadership positions throughout my minor hockey career.
Platform:
If elected, I would like to focus on the well-being and overall success/happiness of engineers. Coming into engineering right from highschool is a tough obstacle to overcome, so if there is any way to make that transition easier for students, I would like to take those steps. This could include forming study groups for students to collaborate on work, having regular check-ins with first-years, and getting the feedback of first-year students to see what they would find favourable.
