CSE is an exciting three-day national conference that brings 200 students from 43 academic institutions together to engage in hands-on learning about sustainability in engineering and their daily lives. It will take place at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia from February 23rd – 26th, 2023. Selected delegates will have the opportunity to gain both soft and technical skills, from the in-depth sessions presented by industry leaders to the hands-on case competition.

This conference will allow attendees to place engineering and technology into a broader context that is aware of the social, economic, and colonial forces driving environmental degradation and climate change. It will ask attendees to reflect on how they interact with these forces in their personal and professional lives and the role engineering can play in creating a just world.
