I am now an Associate Teaching Professor and I teach Introduction to Anthropology – our four-field survey course, alongside a range of upper level archaeology courses.<\/p>\n I hold a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Glasgow<\/a>, Scotland. \u00a0My main areas of interest are the Viking North Atlantic, funerary ritual, gender identities, material culture, migration and Medieval Archaeology. My current research explores the theme of childhood in burial practices in Scandinavian Scotland.
