Check Your Account Information

Please sign in to your account and update your information:

In your account, complete these items:

1. Check that your contact information is correct: Email, Phone numbers, and Addresses.
2. Check that your Birthdate is correct.
3. Update your Emergency contacts.
4. Complete the Release of Information form.
5. Complete the attendance agreement for your program. Choose one form:
   • Monthly English or Summer Language & Culture (ST) form
   • Intensive English (ELPI) form
