You can view your registration access date in early June by logging into www.uvic.ca: Go to – Student Services >> Registration >> Registration Status.
This is also a friendly reminder to apply for graduation even if you don’t plan to attend the convocation ceremony. Submit the online application to Undergraduate Records between July 15 and December 1. For information about applying to graduate go to: https://www.uvic.ca/convocation/registration/index.php.
The Teacher Education Office will remind you to apply to the Teacher Certification Branch for your teaching certificate in the fall.
The Teacher Certification Branch will process your application after receiving a recommendation for certification from the Faculty of Education. The Faculty of Education will send the recommendation for certification after you’ve successfully completed your program and have been approved to graduate.
