Nick Turner – Senior Architect, CPIO
Nick Turner completed his Software Engineering degree from the University of Victoria in 2013. Nick co-founded and currently serves as the Chief Security and Information Officer and the Chief Privacy Officer of Echosec Systems. Nick is also actively completing his Masters Degree in the field of Big Data, Software Scalability, and Network Security. At Echosec, he is responsible for developing the software infrastructure strategy and working with various regulatory bodies to ensure the product meets local and international regulatory compliance. When he’s not at work, Nick is near a computer exploring and engaging with communities built around the exploding, multi-billion dollar streaming and electronic sports industry.
Jason Jubinville – Sr. Exec S&M
Jason Jubinville is a co-founder at Echosec Systems Ltd. He has been called an incredible problem solver and should be on the list of entrepreneurs to watch out for in the next 5 years. Jason’s work at Echosec focuses on international partnerships, training, and customer success. Jason is also engaged in a MASC where he is completing a performance analysis of object detection algorithms. On his weekends, Jason enjoys a healthy dose of skiing and squash and an unhealthy does of video games and craft beer.
Mike Anderson – CTO
Mike Anderson completed his Computer Engineering Degree in 2013 at the University of Victoria. He is actively working on a MASC in Big Data Visualization and Data Integrity. As a co-founder of the innovative social media monitoring platform Echosec, Mike splits his time at Echosec managing responsibilities between the COO and CTO roles. Mike overlooks organizational affairs, product direction,and product strategy, all while managing an international team of developers across multiple time zones. If you spot Mike away from the office, he is likely tapping into his passion for putting ill-fitting electronics together in innovative ways – like “Doodlebot,” an internet-enabled robot that doodles.
