\"Screenshot<\/a>Are you a UVic student or Staff member and want to learn more about interactive storytelling with digital tools? If so, then this hands-on workshop will give you an introduction to Twine, which is an open-source tool for telling interactive, nonlinear stories.\u00a0Once you\u2019ve completed this session you\u2019ll be able to:<\/p>\n

  1. Create stories with branching passages based on the reader\u2019s input.<\/li>\n
  2. Embed photos and video in your stories.<\/li>\n
  3. Format the text and background with CSS.<\/li>\n
  4. Randomly\u00a0branch to one of a pool of pre-selected passages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    No programming skills are required for this workshop; just a good imagination and a desire to tell a story.<\/p>\n
