Thrive (formerly known as Phoenix Community Services) provides child, youth, and adult day programs, a family development program, an adoptions and guardianship program which supports children who are permanently in the care of MCFD, and various community living programs which pertain to community access, social and communication skill development, behaviour management, life skills, advocacy, transition planning support, and parenting support.
