Welcome to Communitas, a website on the UVic Online Academic Community.
Communitas is a blog style website that rigorously investigates interactions between digital and academic publics, and provides a training ground for composition instructors to learn multimodal and digital pedagogy. Our published works analyze areas such as gender, race, class, communication, and digital theory. This site is evolving into a new form of research dissemination and collaborative thought about connections between and amongst academic publics, digital tools, media and spaces.
