This prestigious appointment recognizes Prof. Cai\u2019s outstanding research contributions, academic leadership, and long-standing service to the global research community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Cai will oversee the journal\u2019s editorial strategy, peer-review process, and initiatives to further enhance its academic impact and international visibility.
