A Collaborative Learning Unit (CLU) is where nurses work with each other to provide Regulatory Supervision of Nursing Student Activities<\/span><\/a> (BCCNM Nursing Standard) with students to share their own expertise and learn together. On these units, rather than working with individual preceptors, University of Victoria third and fourth year Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) students are provided regulatory supervision by CLU RNs (preceptors for the day), aligned with students\u2019 patient assignments.
