MY RESEARCH INTERESTS

I am studying the effects of a concussion education program on improving concussion recognition and knowledge among youth and adolescents.  The goal of this educational intervention is to provide students with a comprehensive overview of concussion and to alter negative attitudes and behaviours associated with concussion reporting.  I would like to further explore the long-term benefits of neuroeducation, and how this may reduce the incidence of concussion in youth sports today.

A fun fact about me:  I enjoy spending my spare time being active outdoors, or in the gym!

My hobbies include: Crossfit, hiking, and running.
