Capacity Building

What is a Capacity Building Meeting?

A capacity building meeting is our accountability to our community. We use these meetings to have bidirectional conversations with our stakeholders (i.e., funders, researchers, people living with dementia, and caregivers) to talk about what we are doing in the cluster and solicit what our stakeholders want to see from us.

This ensures the work that we are doing is meaningful, useful, and valuable to the people that matter the most!

So far we have had two capacity building meetings. See the reports from our 2024 meeting
