Okay, that is not necessarily &#8216;<em>new<\/em>&#8216; news! But I have repositioned the furniture to allow for better <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bccdc.ca\/health-info\/diseases-conditions\/covid-19\/prevention-risks\/physical-distancing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distancing<\/a><\/strong><\/span>,<\/em> better sight lines and better viewing of the entire CALL Facility, at least from my perspective. There are lots of open workstations for students and of course, all <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><em><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/2021\/07\/28\/call-towering-tech-arrivals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new computers<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span> from last August too.<\/p>\n<p>You might notice that the LARGE rolling whiteboards are not at the back of the room. I have moved them into strategically &#8216;<em><strong>hidden<\/strong><\/em>&#8216; locations in CALL!<\/p>\n<p>They are still IN CALL,&nbsp; and can be moved anywhere quickly. I just found&nbsp;that some students (not all!) were using them at the bac<a href=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2022\/01\/No-Food-Drink.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7188 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2022\/01\/No-Food-Drink.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"99\" height=\"136\"><\/a>k to hide that they <a href=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2022\/01\/UVIC-Masks.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7186\" src=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2022\/01\/UVIC-Masks.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"99\" height=\"136\"><\/a>were removing their masks and eating in CALL.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uvic.ca\/return-to-campus\/health-safety\/index.php#ipn-masks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Masks must be worn at all times<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uvic.ca\/return-to-campus\/health-safety\/index.php#ipn-masks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no food or beverages in any classrooms<\/a><\/strong><\/span> at UVic. There are also 2 smaller rolling whiteboards too!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Thanks to EVERYONE<\/strong><\/span> for all your help and support over the past 2+ years. Without my colleagues support and friendship, I have no idea how I would have fared!
