YAY! And they can&#8217;t come soon enough! This&nbsp; has been a very challenging year &#8230;.. to say the least. And I think we can all agree on one thing &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>2020 &#8211; DON&#8217;T EVER COME BACK AGAIN!<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>AND I MEAN EVER!!!!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5387 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2020\/12\/LEAVE-NOW-II.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>I am SO grateful to be working with such amazing, talented and imaginative colleagues at The Computer Help Desk! They are more than friends, and they all feel like family to me, <em><strong>especially during this year<\/strong><\/em>! They have made it fun to &#8216;come to work&#8217; each and every day &#8230; at the West End of my Dining Room Table! I am even thinking of creating one just for my photography! Just photos I have taken over the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Canon_A-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5420 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca\/callmebog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/219\/2020\/12\/Canon-A1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"247\" height=\"176\"><\/a>years and share them. I must admit that my preferred photograpic media has always been &#8230; SLIDE PHOTOGRAPHY! Good old <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kodachrome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kodachrome<\/a><\/strong><\/span>! And to be even more specific,&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ektachrome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ektachrome<\/a><\/strong><\/span>! Visions of <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCRfCiKTwOOKV8aoxE9M44bA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paul Simon<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and my summers of &#8217;77-78 working at the Banff Camera Shop! I like to think of my iPhone, not as a phone that has a camera &#8230; but as a camera that has a phone!<\/p>\n<p>And of course, all kinds of computer hints, tips, stories and just miscellaneous ramblings of someone who is still amazed that his vintage&nbsp; <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Commodore_SX-64\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Commodore SX-64<\/a><\/strong><\/span> &#8230;&#8230;<em><strong>is still working<\/strong><\/em>!
