Join us for an info session, featuring the Assistant Dean of Admissions and current medical students, to learn about the Island Medical Program, which offers UBC’s MD undergraduate program in collaboration with UVic.

We’ll also talk about the MD / Ph.D. application stream – ideal for those interested in clinical science and research.

The Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre (BMSC), located in Bamfield, British Columbia, is owned by UVIC, UBC, SFU, UAlberta, and UCalgary and offers upper-level university field courses in marine sciences and other faculties including Archaeology, English, Education, and Anthropology.  The hands-on nature of our courses, along with small class sizes (24 max) allow students to immerse themselves in the course material and make life-long friends and professional connections with fellow students, instructors, and on-site researchers.  Applications are now being accepted for all courses!
