Jig V2

Our first major step towards Always Innovating, came with a complete welding Jig redesign. Our new and improved jig was built with sustainability as a top priority, with an anticipated lifecycle to serve every bike to come.

Jig V2 was built to conquer 5 barriers:

1. Adaptable to serve any frame, to last us a lifetime.
2. Precise and accurate, serving as the “base-zero” measurement reference for frame geometry.
3. Easily adjustable, especially for setting pipe angles and positions.
4. Sturdy and reliable, to prevent any accidental bumps or nudges.
5. Modular, to allow easy upgrading, maintenance, and additions.
