Highlighted Project

The Doug
Our first bike just hit the road! Designed from scratch by UVic students, this machine was built for Vancouver Island riding.
What’s happening this semester?

The Tzou is almost here!
After many months of research and design, our next hardtail is ready for assembly. Designed to shred a Vancouver island riding staple, Mt. Tzouhalem!
The Arrowsmith is ready to melt!
Our next milestone is creating a dynamic full suspension shredder! This big rig will be ready to ride very very soon!

Carbon Fiber Manufacturing
Seat posts, handlebars, and more! We’ve kicked off a composite material program for saving oodles and doodles of weight and mass!
Manufacturing Refinement – Jig V2.0
We’ve been busy designing and fabricating our new welding Jig & rack system for many bikes to come!

Events & Fundraising
Our club thrives from our community of UVic, the city, and the country. Our annual fundraisers include charity rides, bike washes, and giveback nights to name a few, so you’ll be seeing us on campus frequently! We’d especially like to thank our mentors and resources.
Check out our fundraisers!
Mentorship & Support
Our club, the first of its kind in Canada, designs, builds, tests, rides, and promotes bikes across campus and the community. Bikes matter because we all enjoy riding them. Our club offers hands-on engineering experience, unlike anything else at UVic. We’re expanding our impact and operations across our school, our community, and the country.
If you’re company or organization who would like to sponsor an event, project, or become a charitable donor, please shoot us a note and contact us here!

Acknowledgement of the Land
Our club acknowledges and respects the Lək̓ʷəŋən (Songhees and Esquimalt) Peoples on whose territory the university stands, and the Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
