After graduating I moved out just east of Calgary and taught at Holy Cross Collegiate for two years before moving back to beautiful BC and back to Kamloops where I’m from. After a brief time on the TOC list, I landed a job at my old high school and have been teaching and coaching here ever since. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved with the Leadership programs, the Me2We groups and various other groups around the school. Unfortunately I’ve had the double edged sword of having a background in French. It’s guaranteed me work on one end, but I’ve gone 6 years since my last PE assignment on the other. \u00a0I’ve gone from coaching basketball and volleyball and rugby to just rugby the last couple years as I’ve got 4 kids of my own now that are demanding more of my time. As much as I enjoy teaching, not getting the PE that I went to school for has made me think about switching things up, so I’m taking the next year off to tackle the real estate world in Kamloops.
