Since my wonderful days in UVic Phys Ed program, I worked at Brookswood Secondary in Langley as a PE\/Math teacher and then moved into the world of administration at Kent Elementary in Agassiz.<\/p>\n<p>So much of what we do as coaches can be used in the classroom through formative assessment and this has become a passion for me. I have realized the power of connection and collaboration in schools and how social media can help with educational change.
