I have been teaching at Oak Bay since 2000. In the early days, I was teaching Math and PE and later focused on Math exclusively. I am very proud of the accomplishments of our department and our students. In 2009, after completing my Masters degree in curriculum development I founded Mathbeacon.ca, which provides an excellent resource to replace textbook learning. Over the past 12 years, I have been involved in the Oak Bay High School Tennis program. Our greatest moments include two provincial championships. At the end of the day, I am happiest to be married to my lovely wife Lori and being daddy to Sam and Benji.
