After graduating from UVic I spent a year working as a TOC, and later getting a small contract, in the Saanich district. The next year I accepted a position teaching full-time PE at St. Michaels University School, and never looked back. In my nine years at SMUS, I have had the opportunity to coach several different sports, and travel as a part of school service trips and rugby tours. In 2013 I completed my MA in leadership studies at UVic, which has helped me to develop my leadership skills in many different areas.
