Lots has happened since my time at UVic. I’ve traveled around the world, taught at a wide variety of schools on the island, and got married to the woman I love. I was fortunate, as my French background allowed me the opportunity to teach full-time in the Sooke District as a middle school French immersion teacher as soon as I graduated from the program. I am presently a Grade 6 teacher at Ecole John Stubbs. Working in French challenges me daily, and working with kids in this grade is so much fun because they love learning, and know how to have a laugh. Luckily I get to teach P.E. to my class and as an added bonus I am working with a talented UVic PE alumni, Charlotte Haley. The team at our school rocks, so I couldn’t imagine a better place to work.
