After graduating in 2014 I signed a contract with Maple Leaf International Schools and currently teach full time (PE, Planning and Science) in a small Chinese city called Yongchuan. It has been a crazy time so far but I am thankful to be here getting invaluable experience at a job I am passionate about and seeing places that are so different than what I have grown up with. Teaching abroad is the best decision I ever made and I wouldn’t trade my time here for anything. I have signed on for a second year with MLIS and will likely to continue to work abroad for many years to come.
