2020, what a year! My practicum ended on a very different note than I was expecting. That being said, my career started as immediately as it could have. I got hired in SD67, and started TTOCing right when schools opened back up in June. In September, I accepted a 0.32 French Immersion PHE job at the local middle school teaching grades 6, 7, and 8. In November, I picked up 2 blocks of grade 6 Social Studies so I am now teaching one full day at my school. This allows me to TTOC around the district on the other day. I never expected to be teaching in a middle school, but I am enjoying it very much!
