After graduating form U VIC in 1998, my teaching career started in the Kamloops Thompson district at Chase Secondary teaching Physical Education and Science for 8 years. I then transferred to South Kamloops Secondary and taught Physical Education, Math and Leadership for two years. During this time I worked at getting my Masters and went back to Chase Secondary for five years as vice-principal. I am currently in my third year as vice-principal at Valleyview Secondary in Kamloops BC. During my spare time, I coach my daughter and son in hockey and in the summers enjoy golfing, camping and boating.
