I am teaching full time PE including courses like Athletic Leadership and Fitness for Life 12. I am also the Athletic Director/PE Department Head at Esquimalt High in Victoria.
I am doing what I absolutely love and doing my best to lead by example with a positive outlook and an active and healthy lifestyle.
