I am a TOC in the Burnaby/New West school district and will continue to grow Ultimate Frisbee in those schools. I almost made the plunge into private schools but held out because of my dream of staying within the Burnaby school district after an amazing practicum. Last year, I was given the support to create a banner for Ultimate and now there will be one given out each year. The tournament also raised money to buy discs for schools that do not have them and I plan to continue working within the schools in Burnaby to help grow the sport.
