Since graduating in 2014 I have been busy TOC’ing grades K – 12 in both Kitimat and Terrace, in Northern BC. In the last year I have also split my time working as a PE teacher at a local elementary school one morning a week! I have found the range of work to be both challenging and rewarding yet the flexibility to explore the Great White North exhilarating.
Today, I took my first field trip to a lake and experienced a traditional Sweat Lodge. This place has all the culture and community you could ask for and I hope to keep working here for a few years to come.
