After UVic, I spent 5 years teaching in Osoyoos before moving to Prince George to become a high school administrator. After five more years being a vice-principal then principal, my wife and I moved to Kamloops where we have lived (and welcomed two daughters) for the last eight years.
I am enjoying being a principal, a part-time educational consultant and a writer, and continue to do work in the area of improving education for educators through Instructional Rounds and Professional Learning Communities.
