I am the Vice Principal of Immaculata Regional High School in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. I also currently serve as an adjunct professor for Gonzaga University, Spokane Washington, USA in the area of curriculum development. I am committed to creating professional learning communities for all stakeholders to collaborate, to finding promising practices in leadership, and to develop and nurture intervention strategies to support all learners. With a young family, a passion for coaching, and small business owner; I know the importance of balance in the busy life of an administrator. I hold a BA with a major in English and minor in Anthropology from Vancouver Island University, a BEd (Secondary curriculum) with a major in physical education from the University of Victoria, and a MA in Leadership and Administration from Gonzaga University in 2011.
