Following graduation in 2015, I travelled for 3 months with my best friend across Europe! It was an amazing experience where I learned a lot about different cultures and the places we were travelling through, as well as myself! After returning home mid September I applied to the North Vancouver School District, where I am from and was hired within a few days and working within a couple weeks! I am also hired at Collingwood School, a private school in West Vancouver. My position there is a TIC (Teacher Intern Coach). I am currently coaching their Senior Girls basketball team and I am subbing for them when they need me. I am very excited about the opportunities I have been given so far in my career and I look forward to what the future brings! I have accepted a full-time teaching position at Collingwood School for September, 2017.
