Adolescents’ Daily Lives Study

The Adolescents’ Daily Lives Study aims to understand how stress and mood affect activity and intention to exercise. In order to do so, the study measures daily changes in mental health and activity.

Conducted by Dr. Megan Ames (CLINICAL PSYC) and Dr. Jean Buckler (EPHE) at the University of Victoria
