(M\/S\/C)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\">63<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Chapter Committees<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">a.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Local Representatives (Tom) \u2013 12 April Terrie Conway from HR gave a presentation to the Local Reps on the new structure of HR.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">b.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Seminars Committee \u2013 The most recent seminar (11 April) was conducted by Bill Danser where he lead a bird watching walk in and around the campus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\">64<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Joint Committees<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">a.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>A\/U Committee \u2013 The committee met on May 11<span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span> and discussed the following topics: mileage allowance, new HR Committee, performance evaluations, temporary appointments and Professional Development applications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">b.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Benefits Committee \u2013 Morag MacNeil will rejoin the Benefits Committee<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">c.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>J\/E Committee (Tony) \u2013 The executive was briefed on the progress of J\/E.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">d.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Employment EHRWG \u2013 NTR<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">e.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Education EHRWG \u2013 The committee met on April 27<span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>, two task groups were formed one to address how to reach a wider audience and raise awareness and the second to develop a work plan for the upcoming year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">f.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Campus Planning Committee \u2013 Tom updated the executive on the ongoing campus planning communications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">g.<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Project Nova Steering Committee &#8211;
