– BC Fed resolution on PSE funding passed with overwhelming support from other unions

– Motion to extend bursary on behalf of a member on leave passed

– Motion for additional staffing support passes; contracted Al Gallupe for ad hoc LRO project work and will be hiring a Co-Op student to assist with temporary admin work

– Discussions on opportunities for Impact Investing

– Acknowledgement and recognition of staff (donated money from the annual luncheon to the Union Protein Project)

    • Motion to confirm Cliff Haman and John Foxgord as signing directors of the University of Victoria Chapter of PEA Coast Capital accounts.

      • Have about 6 members on temporary layoff and 12 members on reduced FTE/Federal Workshare
      • Kristen will work with John to determine space in budget and $$ for donation
